Meet Katy & Josh McCray

A Real Estate Broker and a Product Designer, married, living in Southeast Wisconsin, and building the kind of brokerage we wish existed.

Katy began as a Realtor in 2016 and Founded Pike & Prairie Realty in 2025.

Josh began designing in 2012 and remodeling in 2016. He certainly prefers design!

We share the same dreams you do.

A quiet Midwest life. A charming lakehouse, close enough to family for Sunday dinners and Friday night babysitting. A home that feels like ours. Good neighbors, a good school, a porch worth sitting on. We're working toward the same things our clients are — which is part of why we care so much about taking care of you.

Pike & Prairie's Philosophy

“For a decade, I've enjoyed guiding buyers and sellers through rewarding real estate experiences. But I'm always asking: what can I do better? What can I make more beautiful? How can I communicate more efficiently and empower my clients with more resources and less stress?
I'm lucky to have Josh to work through these questions with. As a product designer, he has the know-how to help me build and test new ideas. Our website is now custom built by us (and Claude Code), and we get to ship every personalized real estate tool we can imagine. We believe AI can help us work better and think faster — and in real estate, that translates into better tech and smarter marketing for our clients.
We don't want to do business like most agents. Our aim is to provide unique, deeply valuable real estate experiences, rooted in the relationships, care, and trust we build with our clients.
